For a truly spectacular private party, our Cafe is one of the most beautiful venues in Cambridge. We cater for all sorts of private parties ranging from soup and sandwiches to gourmet three course dinners and dancing focusing on local and seasonal food.

Michaelhouse can accommodate up to 90 people for a sit-down meal, and up to 200 for more informal events.

We are also able to organise wine tasting and food and wine matching evenings with a professional wine expert. We can plan your celebrations and accommodate live music and personal decorations.

The centre is able to hire for full or half day meetings or workshops the Montefiore Room (up to 20 guests) or the Michael Mayne room (up to 10 guests). Hire charges will normally apply and the enquiries should be made to the Michaelhouse Centre manager at sue@michaelhouse.org.uk . We are unable to take bookings in the cafe during the day.

You are welcome to hire the cafe space or chancel space separately or together for your event. Hire charges will apply.
